Some might remember Burl Ives for the various roles he played on film or television or for the various albums he recorded over the decades of which there were many (eight albums in 1963 alone!), but to this day, his most famous works are those relating to Christmas whether it be his songs or voicing the snowman in Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer T.V. special.
