Though they might not have as much experience as those that have been in the industry for a while or maybe they simply buzz around the edges of recognition waiting for their chance, the great thing about the BBC and their Introducing sessions is that it gives new artists a chance to shine by giving them the spotlight. No matter the genre, the type or the style of music, if the artist or singer or band in question is talented and shows a little promise, the BBC will take a chance on them, realising that newer talent is always needed if music is to survive and evolve. Suffice it to say, the Beeb deserves a pat on the back for doing so and for giving listeners a chance to hear something or someone they may have never heard from before.
