Rock Am Ring has featured many great rock bands over the years from many different genres from straight-up rock and roll to heavy metal and everything in between with this year being no exception.  Featuring acts like Red Hot Chili Peppers, Billy Talent, Disturbed, Killswitch Engage and more, the festival has managed to wrangle a lineup that would make any fan envy the ninety thousand or so people that were able to snag tickets.  This particular year has seen tragedy strike with the arrival of fierce electrical storms, forcing the third and final day to be cancelled, something that rarely ever happens at any festival – if ever.  Suffice it to say, you can be sure that Rock Am Ring and its sister festival Rock Im Park will be back bigger and better than ever when it returns next year.
