When you think of the Smashing Pumpkins, you do not think of this song or the sound that it brings.  Is that a good thing and is it a good song?  Only you can decide.  Some people like the fact that they tried something new, some just want the old classic sound of the good old days.  In the end, you have to give Billy Corgan credit for trying to evolve his sound and stay relevant in an age where musicians come and go faster than they ever have before.
