Taeyeon, arguable Girls’ Generation’s strongest vocalist, has a new mini-album coming out with the first song, video and single being ‘I’.  The best possible thing about the song is that it sounds like nothing else in Kpop with more of an indie-pop, indie-rock vibe to it.  The vocals are strong, the video is simple and captivating and Verbal Jint’s rap is spot-on as well.  A very strong showing from Taeyeon and at this point in her career, a smart move to start releasing some solo material.
