The Brits have come and gone for another year and there were really no surprises when it came to those who won.  Paloma Faith might have come the closest to being an out of the blue winner, but when you look at the nominations for her category, she might have been deemed ‘the safest.’  At least aside from Ella Henderson that is.  The show also featured all the usual performers you would expect and while it was good, it simply was not that exciting.  A couple of months ago were the BRITs 2015 Critics’ Choice Sessions.  If James Bay, George the Poet and Years & Years had performed on the main show, it would have been improved tenfold and actually lent some credibility to the ceremony.  Maybe next year they will change things up a bit, but it is highly doubtful.  Check the performances out below and judge for yourself.
