With the passing of Stan Lee today, an era of comicdom has come to a close. Responsible for co-creating the Marvel Universe that everyone knows and loves today and the bulk of the heroes within it, he and his compatriots Steve Ditko, Jack Kirby, John Romita Sr. and more, made magic and a it is a magic that has continued through the decades. Suffice it to say there is too much to say and by the same token, enough cannot be said about ‘The Man’. He was a giant in the industry and a giant in real life, a man that treated his fans with respect and made them feel inclusive no matter their backgrounds, their appearance or status. To say that he will be missed is truly inadequate and yet, it will have to do. Rest in peace Stan Lee.
