Just when you thought they might have been wrapping things up on their latest get together, Alex Turner and Miles Kane have decided to release a new E.P. from which this song is taken. Having covered numerous songs throughout their world tour the past year, it makes sense that they would put one on the album, this one being a track from Leonard Cohen called Is This What You Wanted. Perhaps it is not the most obvious choice, after all they have been doing a killer cover of Moonage Daydream, but it is a good one and Turner’s vocals along with Kane’s phenomenal guitar work are as great as they have ever been.
