Another weekend and another festival has arrived, in fact there is actually more than one, with Pinkpop from the Netherlands being one of the largest and most diverse when it comes to the acts who make it up. The headliners alone will almost make you scratch your head wondering what the organizers were thinking as none of them are like the other with the Red Hot Chili Peppers taking the first night, Rammstein the second and Paul McCartney on the third. It is that very diversity though, that lends the festival its charm and why so many people tend to show up – there is literally something for everybody. Other acts this year include Gary Clark Jr., Years & Years, Bastille, Lionel Ritchie, Bring Me the Horizon, Walk Off the Earth, Kygo, Skillet and more. So whether you like classic rock, modern pop or even heavy metal, you are sure to find it in the Netherlands around this time of year at the Pinkpop Festival.
