PSY is back!  He has a new song that is just as catchy as his previous efforts and will most likely get stuck in your head for a bit, a new dance and this new video which kind of starts off a little creepy, but then gets to be quite humourous.  Also, CL makes a bit of a guest appearance which is always a good thing.  It is doubtful he will do quite as well on this song as he did with Gangnam Style, but it would be great to see if he could.
